My name is Bob and I’ve recently started my first dividend growth portfolio.
The purpose of this blog is basically to keep me committed to my ultimate goal of growing my dividends to become a sustainable source of passive income. I realize there are a million other blogs like this, so I’ll try to keep this as original as I can.
Background on me: I am a 26 year old novice investor who just started a portfolio in July 2019. As of this writing (and first day of the blog), my taxable portfolio value is $4456.72.
I know it’s not a lot of money, but it’s a lot for me to fund in the first 3 months. Hopefully, it’ll be significantly larger someday!
I’ll be posting about the good, the bad and the ugly. All of my mistakes on display. Hopefully, I will learn valuable lessons along the way and achieve my goal of financial independence!
